His leader-like personality was perfect for this role since a team manager is an empathetic and strategic leader, able to motivate and guide the team with thoughtful decisions and continuous support.
Matteo Marina
Mechanical Engineer
An engineer is a creative and analytical problem solver, able to design innovative solutions and optimize processes by combining technical knowledge and critical thinking. That’s why he was chosen for this role; his continuous and almost obsessive pursuing perfection and pushing the car to its limits made our car one of the best in terms of regulations.
Nicolò Rattotti
Aerodynamic Engineer
His passion and natural talent for engineering and aerodynamics made him perfect for the role. He was able to do all the calculations and worked along the car engineer to create our car.

Pilot & Graphic designer
The passion for graphic designing was and is fundamental for the appearance of the team, and to make a great first impression through social media, merch and overall the graphics concept of the brand.

Pilot & Social media Manager
Since he was a kid, he always found social media interesting and was always keen on working using them, so he was the best choice to manage our socials.

Her talent in marketing helped the team reach the goal of forming partnerships with companies from different fields. Her determination and passion made the team able to stand out in terms of knowability in our territory, thanks to the collaborations with the local radio and news journal.

His mobility and eye-hands coordination led him to train the pilots in order to achieve the best Reaction Time possible, and his contribution was crucial to the results our team reached.

Getting his hands dirty has never been a problem for him, since he enjoyed working along with the others in the making and recovery of our car pieces and the storage cases we brung to the competition.
